This top floor apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and open kitchen that can accommodate 2 – 6 guests.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with bed linen and towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped including, fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine etc.
There is a washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

Smoking & Parties: Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited at all properties — no exceptions.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
