The property is very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. There were several things that made our stay less than desirable. Coffee in lobby - awful. No in-room coffeemaker! Water pressure in shower- basically none. We had soaps, shampoos but No lotion or conditioner. We had ONE washcloth for 2 of us to share. No hand towel. The room had blinds but no curtains to block the lights from outdoors. The older lady training at front desk needs training in customer service

The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was clean. The biggest problem is that I am very allergic to cats and dogs. This hotel advertises that only service animals are allowed. However, I saw two dogs that were not service animals staying there. I was not very happy about that.

This is located in the historic downtown within walkingndistance of everything. It is clean, rooms are spacious, and the staff is very attentive. There is no breakfast, but the lobby does have coffee and fruit, and is in very close proximity to dining of all financial levels.

Nice for an overnight!

It was a decent hotel for the price and for one night…. Front desk personnel were friendly. There was an Olive Garden nearby which was perfect!

Tubing the River

All of the accommodations were quite nice. We had an enjoyable stay and the room was super clean and offered many options to cook or eat comfortable too.
Just 23 mins from the river and very close to downtown eateries and attractions of Inverness.

It is supposed to be a suite - and has a stove, etc. They give you 2 paper plates- hard to do any cooking. I wanted maid service so that my trash would be emptied- didn’t happen. And apparently the guests there let their doors slam shut.

Super convenient when visiting the hospital area. Bare bones hotel and it’s hit or miss with cleanliness. This is my third stay here. First room I was put in was not clean and smelled terrible. Sheets had not been changed from previous guest. The counter and kitchenette area was filthy! Second room was clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet too. Overall, I will return simply due to the convenience.
