Great community next to famous Founder's Park. Hurricane impact, Gated community with security. Always full of relaxing areas or areas for recreational fun like kayak in ocean, bbq, snorkel, fish, swim in ocean, play games, play in the two pickleball courts just behind our unit or just relax. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Beds include 1 king, 2 queens, 4 twins. Marina is for drop off and pick up only. Community does not allow pets for tenants unless they are service dogs.
