Villa Lindarelax, with step-free access, is located in Santa Maria del Focallo and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The 102 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A crib and high chair are also available. Outside, you’ll find a private area with a freestanding pool (3 m x 6 m, 1.32 m deep), set up at the end of May. The villa is fully fenced and offers a garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.



Inspired by the colors of Santorini, the villa sits in southeastern Sicily. At the end of a private road, it offers a shortcut to the beach, just a 5-minute walk away (about 300 m). Bars, restaurants, and beaches are 500 m away. The fine sandy beach stretches for over 10 km and boasts the Blue Flag.



There are 2 parking spaces on the property and free street parking. Families with children are welcome. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an extra fee. Smoking is not permitted.
