Great hotel for a short stay in Istanbul

Spent three nights at this hotel on a recent trip to Istanbul—lovely and friendly staff, great location and was well looked after. Some great local restaurants are just meters away from the hotel. Going up to Taksim is easy jump in a cab. For the old city simply walk to Aksaray and jump on the tram.

Good location. Free shuttle to overpriced tourist restaurants and a Bosporos cruise. Tiny room, had to walk against wall to get past bed. Staff most courteous. There is an alcohol-free "lounge" that only serves breakfast. Good choice for the price.

The second shift tried to sell me an expensive airport trip, incorrectly trying to convince that Uber is banned. The bathroom in the room was quite unhygienic, tiny and with a noisy fan. Es war wirklich die reinste Katastrophe, das gebuchte Zimmer nicht erhalten , mehrmals von Zimmer zu Zimmer versetzt unfreundliches Personal . Zudem sind im ganzen Hotel Baustellen es ist alles dreckig , ach bitte gebt ein paar Euro mehr aus und sucht euch ein anständiges Hotel außer der Lage gab es ernsthaft nichts positives bloß die FINGER WEG !!!!
