I absolutely love this property. Everything stood out to me because I love authentic traditional culture, so the Hotel gave that feeling from the start would stood out to me. The most in a few areas was the quaintness of the Turkish style room, the lovely European bathroom surfaces in the beautiful lobby and comfortable bed. Melika and Mustafa were incredible as hosts to me every step of the way. I’m definitely staying here again when I come back next month to Istanbul 🇹🇷.

Decor was really nice, staff was accommodating and the cleaners were on top of their job. We did have some issues with some of the amenities such as the shower area not sealed properly which resulted in water coming out. I wish there were more outlets by the bed but overall solid place and close to all the major sight seeing areas

Everything was as expected and as per the website description. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. As per the description it’s in the old part of Istanbul and there is a lot of character in the area. The manager and staff were most friendly and welcoming. Offering drinks on arrival and happy to chat and provide advice. While it’s a small hotel it is beautifully decorated with several beautiful Turkish artefacts. An easy ten minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet Mosque. A special thank you to the manager Murat for his hospitality and sharing his knowledge. Well worth a visit.

The hotel is well located, walking distance to all the sights in the old town and right next to tram stations. Lots of shops and restaurants also right nearby. Area felt so safe. The hotel itself was beautiful, we had twin room it was spacious and very clean. The staff were amazing, the beds were extremely comfortable, I would highly recommend this hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at Emerald Mansion. From the moment of check-in, to arranging for airport transfer, Hussein and his colleagues were very kind and professional. The continental breakfast was enough to start my tourist day. My economy room was small, but appeared to be recently renovated & had a window that I could open.
