Although the hotel is located with local shops and transportation, it looks congested and small. I had a terrible night with no sleep at down stairs kids running around and making noise banging doors at 2 am in the night. Nothing seems be done from hotel staff in spite of reporting.

An Amazing Stay in Istanbul – Highly Recommended!

I travelled with my mum and stayed in this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff were incredibly helpful, always with a smile on their faces and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It's rare to experience such genuine kindness, and it made our visit all the more special. The hotel itself was immaculate. Everything, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. It's clear that the management takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. The room was cozy, well-equipped, and had a lovely atmosphere We would also like to make a special mention of two amazing people who really stood out during our stay. First, the girl at the reception was incredibly welcoming and efficient, always making sure we were comfortable and informed about everything we needed to know. Her kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated. Second, Assia, the woman who served us during breakfast, was simply wonderful. She had such a warm and friendly demeanor, making us feel at home every morning. She ensured that we had everything we needed and added a personal touch to each breakfast experience, which made it even more enjoyable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re planning a trip to Istanbul, we highly recommend this hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the GLK Premier Mansion Sea & Spa, and while there were some areas for improvement, the exceptional customer service made up for it. The standout stars of my stay were Mr. Saleh and the morning desk clerk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch). They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm smiles, helpful attitudes, and prompt responses to my requests made a huge difference. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning sea view. However, I did find the breakfast to be average and repetitive, with the same options available every day. One area for improvement is the lack of elevators, which made it difficult for me to navigate the hotel with my luggage. Additionally, there was no trolley service available from the taxi drop-off point to the hotel entrance. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend the GLK Premier Mansion Sea & Spa for its excellent customer service. Mr. Saleh and the morning desk clerk truly made my stay special, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication. To the management, please keep up the good work and invest in some additional amenities, such as elevators and trolley services. But most importantly, keep recognizing and rewarding your exceptional staff members like Mr. Saleh and the morning desk clerk!

Perfect 1-night stay for honeymooners

Our stay was a wonderful way to start off our honeymoon. Our flight arrived early, but the hotel staff was very kind and accommodated our needs by allowing us to check into our room early. While we waited for our room, they served us Turkish coffee and the wonderful concierge explained the accommodations and tour options. Truly exceptional service! The view from the room was also magnificent! We had a balcony the wrapped around the half the room and were able to watch the sunrise and sunset. It was perfect!

I recently booked a room at this hotel at a discounted rate, excited about my stay. However, upon arrival, I was informed that there was a “technical issue” with my room and that I would be rerouted to another hotel nearby. While the alternative hotel was decent, it was of lower quality and rating than the one I had originally chosen. What left me particularly dissatisfied was discovering that the room I had booked was still available on the booking platform—but at a much higher price than what I had paid. This made me question whether the “technical issue” was genuine or simply a way to avoid honoring the discounted rate.

Great staff. Great finishes. Amazing historical sites and all the shopping and culture you desire. A 5 minute walk to the Blue Mosque. Local restaurants are plentiful. Old cobblestone roads. The 5th century Boukoleon Palace is your neighbor.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the property is impeccably clean and conveniently located near the town center. Restaurants and shopping areas are easily accessible on foot. Breakfast was excellent, with the restaurant manager preparing fresh eggs daily.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff are incredible, with a specific shout out to Salih and Sezgin. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed, book us accommodations for our ride to the airport very early morning, set up the sauna, and just were so informative and pleasant to speak with. It is in a perfect location, close to all tourist attractions and public transport. Rooms and views are beautiful. The only thing I could say is that the noises from ppl in the hallways / doors closing / elevator is very loud, but still doesn’t change the amazing time we had at this hotel. Thank you again
