The hotel itself is lovely and my room was perfect. However, and I don't want to complain about the hotel because this is a cultural issue. I picked this hotel because it had a restaurant and I was travelling solo. In fact, there isn't really a restaurant but you can order food and they go get it from somewhere. I was okay with that but had hoped to have some wine with my dinner but this is an alcohol-free establishment. I know that can be the case in Turkey but all hotels I have stayed in on the western side always had wine available. Not a downside of the hotel but clients need to know this.

Everything was great, except that the shower water (at 4:00 am) was only lukewarm. Perhaps they turn their water heater off at night. Otherwise, a great stay.

The hotel was clean and efficient, and the staff was helpful, even giving us breakfast to go. The location was not as close to the airport (20 minutes drive) as we expected considering it was advertised as such.

Airport shuttle was very good. Left right on time and did take 25 minutes to the airport. The front desk evening staff was ver nice and had sandwiches ready for us to take with us as we would not be there for breakfast. One of the guest rooms had only a tiny window which I don’t think would pass fire code. The hotel website description of bring close to the airport is misleading. It is on the other side of the airport from Istanbul so very long drive from the city.

I was very pleasantly surprised. I chose the hotel for my two nights based on price and rating, despite its distance from the airport and Istanbul. The room was spotless and bedding clean and comfortable, although various items need tightening/adjusting (table, toilet seat, exhaust fan). Breakfast included fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, as well as delicious feta cheese, black olives and simit—all way above my expectation. The service was stellar. All the hotel staff were attentive and kind. Highly recommended.

Stayed in this hotel for a 9 hour overnight layover. For this purpose - a great place. Clean, nice (though small), quiet room, very helpful staff. Be advised - the "restaurant" in the hotel actually orders food from elsewhere, so it will be more expensive than eating out. Order beforehand, delivery may take a while. Taxi ride from/to the airport was 700 - 870 lira ( Oct 2025).

I picked this property because it was advertised as having one way airport shuttle included. I wanted to make it easier to get to my early morning flight, as it is closer to the airport. When I arrived, I was told the shuttle service was only free coming from the airport, and I had to pay $30 for the transfer! My room was small and uncomfortable, and the area was not very pleasant. There was a large mall at a 10 minutes walk, but definitely not attached to the hotel. I would not have chosen this hotel if I know I also had to pay for the additional airport transfer!

Room was nice and big. The only complaint is that the internet wasn't very good. It would go in and out making it challenging to be online especially if you wanted to watch Netflix. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
