Location is a little run down but I still enjoyed walking about, staff were excellent, room was clean and spacious. Ideal for stay over at IST but miles from downtown Istanbul. I did a tour with Sami into Istanbul for the sights, great day.

Nice staff. They made food for me even though I arrived late. They told me my food was complimentary and then charged me for it the next morning. Airport shuttle is free one-way only. Nice place, just stayed overnight.

This hotel seem a little run down. However, it was clean, beds are comfortable, and service was great. Located in a very busy neighborhood. We felt safe. We booked here for our last night in Istanbul because it was located 20 minutes drive from airport and the website says they offer shuttle services to/from airport. They provided directions ahead of time on where to go to in airport for their free shuttle service to hotel. When we arrived at hotel reception, they asked to collect shuttle fee for next day to airport. Lesson learned, i think we will book a cheaper hotel closer to town and book our own shuttle service to/from airport next time. We saved Grand Bazzar for last day of trip and it took us 1.5 hrs by bus/metro from this hotel.

Good place to stay for one night while waiting for a flight from IST. Staff was nice. Shuttle service cost was based on the room we picked which we found odd. Quiet at night. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby.

The property was modern and clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and make us comfortable. As our room overlooked the street, it was quite noisy. I’m sure the staff would have moved us if we requested but we decided to make due.
