Amazing experience at the Gulliver hotel. The front desk guy was really helpful and nice. The hotel was clean and at a very convenient location close to Sultanahmet, the metro and restaurants. Strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul and looking to explore the city.

The location is perfect. Walk to shops, restaurants, a few hammams and attractions. Bus to airport is only a 10min walk (across from Blue Mosque) Rooms weren't the cleanest. Bed was good. No frills. No elevator.

The on site team were so lovely and helpful, couldn't do enough to welcome us and providing teas and coffees whenever we got back to the hotel. slightly run down and could do with an upgrade. breakfast was basic but adequate.

Will never stay here again and would not recommen.

Worst experience in every way. Room was clean on the check in after that we asked for the room service, but that lady came only fix sheets and new towel, didn’t remove garbage, didn’t clean washroom, didn’t put some water bottles. Washroom was broken from every corner; door, wallpaper and nothing to put your stuff, very basic sink.

The staff of the hotel was excellent, polite and very professional. I would like mention Baresh and Muhammad who were very helpful and supportive through out. Since these hotels are located in old city so can’t be compared with modern hotels in cosmopolitan cities. I would definitely recommend the hotel for short stay in Istanbul.

Reception Baris Gulliver was very helpful young man he made my stay very pleasant very nice he helped me with getting taxi to my dentist appointment 2 days and also getting charger for my iPhone when I was desperate to charge because of his kindness and professional taking care of customers I will come back and recommend to my family and freinds to stay in the property.

Can’t say enough good things about Gulliver mansión hotel. Everything was a expected, walkable and close to all the “must visit” in Istanbul. We always felt pretty safe in the neighborhood. The staff were beyond our expectations and helped us with arranging transportation and tour.
