Perfect hotel, great staff

The hotel was very clean and nice. Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff are super nice, polite, and helpful. It was three of us and the room had amenities for two. They updated the amenities immediately when we asked. The hotel is very quiet and it was easy to rest. There is nothing around the hotel within the walking distance. The hotel has food but we got taxi to the nearby Mall of Istanbul to get lunch (note that its not 18 min walk but 18 min by taxi) . It was an adventure to get back to the hotel. If you go to the mall of Istanbul, make sure you get back to the hotel before the rush hour ( 4 pm). Otherwise, offer a taxi 2-3 times the fare to be able to get back. The hotel is in almost in the middle of the New Istanbul airport and the old city. I would stay there again because of the comfort and the nice staff and happy to pay the taxi fare to and from the nearby places. I will definitely go back there next time I'm in Istanbul.

The staff and reception manager dogan really took care of me. A taxi driver was scamming me but they made sure I was safe and took care of my check in smoothly. They really were the reason my stay was so enjoyable. The gym and pool were great, sauna amazing. Massage also well priced and good. The food was delicious. I really recommend staying here. Good people work here.

Quite and peaceful location

10 minutes drive from the airport, the hotel is a pleasant break for a short visit to Istanbul. Located near the Mall of Istanbul, which is one of the largest malls in the city. The suites are nicely decorated with city view. Friendly and helpful staff members.

We ♥️♥️♥️♥️ this hotel!! We had a late flight and it wasn’t only a few minutes away from the airport. We had a family room suite which was amazing one of the best we have ever stayed in and our rate was under $100. I really want to book this hotel again in the future. Meals available at the restaurant at really reasonable rates, we had the lunch buffet and it was amazing. Parking also on site.

Good hotel near airport and mall

Overall i was happy with the hotel. But in our room there was nooo circulation. If AC was on it was too cold, if we turned it off it was too hot. So staying in the room was uncomfortable. Also, the shower was extremely slippery when wet. I had to hold on to my daughter tightly since she slipped at least 3 times.

Nice clean hotel

Overall we had a great time staying here! We got the suite so the room is very spacious! All the employees are extremely polite, friendly and very helpful. Only thing bothered us is the air condition wasn’t working good. Location is not very convenient as there is no restaurants and shops nearby but airport is only 10 minutes drive away! We will stay again if we come back to Istanbul!

Μεγάλη απόσταση από το κέντρο της πόλης

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση γενικά. Η σουίτα που διαμείναμε ήταν εντυπωσιακή. Από άποψη καθαριότητας, όλα καλά εκτός από το γεγονός ότι δεν καθάρισαν ποτέ το wc (το δωμάτιο είχε επιπλέον wc εκτός από το κυρίως λουτρό). Το loby του ξενοδοχείου ήταν σχετικά μικρό για 5άστερο. Το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο, ενώ ότι είχε να κάνει με ψωμί, κρουασάν, κουλούρι κ.λπ. ήταν μάλλον μπαγιάτικο. Το βασικό τερο μειονέκτημα ήταν η θέση του ξενοδοχείου η οποία ήταν μακρυά από το κέντρο της πόλης, γεγονός το οποίο σε συνδυασμό με τους μονίμως μποτιλιαρισμένους δρόμους, οδηγούσε σε μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία στις μετακινήσεις. Σχετικά κοντά (περίπου 800μ) από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει σταθμός μετρό που οδηγεί στο κέντρο σε περίπου μία ώρα.

Bra hotell

Hotellet var helt okej. Stora och fina rum med bekväma sängar och bra ljudisolerat. Ett bra gym och stor pool som vi nyttjade vid ett par tillfällen. Utbudet i närområdet var skralt. Skulle man ta sig någonstans så var det taxi som gällde och trafiken i Istanbul är helt galen. Saknade en närliggande supermarket men resturangen som låg i anslutning var mycket bra. Även nära till Mall of Istanbul som erbjöd stor variation med shopping och även ett nöjescenrum med karuseller (till vår 7-åriga dotters stora förtjusning). Rekomenderar även att åka till Istanbul akvarium då det låg vackert vid havet och iväg från stressen i stora stan.
