The hotel staff are fabulous and the location excellent! It was easy and quick to find from the airport car rental. The aircraft overhead were noisy, but its an airport hotel, and doesn't bother me, but for other travelers may be disturbing. However, after a day of travelling, even a luke-warm shower would have been welcome. There was no hot water. Not a drop. There was a kettle, and I suppose I could have filled that and sponged off, but really? Some of the plugs and fittings were loose as well. It was clean, but the septic smell came up through the drains. After running cold water through the shower and sink, the smell abated to a tolerable level. Unfortunately, showering is a must for me, especially on holiday, so I wouldn't book here again.

This hotel may not be good for travelers who intend to go to the main city for sightseeing. It is expensive to move around and difficult to find public transport from this property. Room service fell short of expectations and did not clean the room despite requests. Make sure you do not sign up for a non-refundable booking as they won't make any changes. I made this booking in error and found it was too far, Expedia requested them for a refund but to no avail. I had to spend a night inside the main city so I landed paying for two room for that night :-(

Great service for the airport.

Looks like a new hotel, everything was very clean and well kept. Service to the airport was helpful and everyone was very nice. The room was oddly small but functional.

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located near airport. Front desk staff were very polite and accommodating. Special thanks to the excellent customer service from the driver who quickly went out of his way to return the phone my partner forgot in the vehicle and did it super fast so we wouldn't miss our flight.
