I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for a ride,that I prepaid for. I had provided in advance of my flight times, in order for the shuttle to pick my wife & I at the airport accordingly.They stated the reason they weren't able to find me at the airport was; that we had to provide a picture to them of where we were waiting at the ground transfer area at the airport. This is after we contacted the hotel three times previously,& was told by the hotel rep. on where to wait for our shuttle.Terrible,TERRIBLE,Terrible. R.Lange

This property was just what I needed when I arrived a day early to Istanbul. It was located just about 15 minutes from IST airport and had all the basic amenities needed. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is conveniently located and staff were helpful. However, three problems: 1. For a hotel that caters to international travelers it would good to have some vegetarian options on the menu -- there were none. 2. The room had a nice balcony view -- but the balcony railing was coming off the wall -- that could pose a serious hazard. Hotel should check for safety. 3. The windows are well insulated but the walls are not. The people in the room next door were playing music all night that was really disturbing. Better walls and better enforcement of noise control would help.

The staff was nice and the room was clean and also very small. This is a very inexpensive place, so you get what you pay for. There were basic repairs needed. Dinner is only available from takeout that is delivered. If you just need a clean bed to sleep for a few hours in between flights, this works.

The curtain in the room only covered half of the windows’s length, so a lot of light came in. The room was very noisy, likely because of the type of windows. I do not think this is a three stars hotel. Would not consider staying here again.

Hope to improve the following areas: 1. No English TV channels at all, so not suitable for foreigners to stay. Recommend to add some English news and movie channels. 2. Toilet flushing stopped working in the morning of our stay. 3. A couple of power outlets didn’t work at all, we have to move around to find a working outlet.
