The staff was friendly and attentive however the hotel was not clean. The bedding is worn and the velvet headboard was disgusting. Rooms had a a musty odor and the condition made it hard to sleep. We arrived late at night and only stayed overnight in order to catch a morning flight. Otherwise, I would have not stayed there and looked for another option. The lack of cleanliness made it hard to sleep.

It’s an airport hotel and it serves the purpose. Was here for a couple of hours as I had an early morning flight. The rooms and the bathroom are clean although a bit cramped up. Airport is nearby and transfers are available comfortably and smoothly.

Great welcoming staff they helped make my check in smooth and easy and also arranged a ride to the airport for me so I didn’t have anything to worry about. They reached out via WhatsApp before my check in to make sure the could make any accommodations that I might need.

Clean and safe overall. Simple complaints. The shower was super small and the blow dryer didn't work. No beer or alcohol. No coffee which is crazy for a hotel. They didn't have milk. No cash register so when we bought a drink they didn't have change.

A nice hotel with a friendly staff if you need to stay close to the Istanbul airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, only issue we had was that none of the power outlets worked in our room.

My mother stays at this hotel regularly whenever she needs an overnight layover near IST. The staff is helpful, the property is well-maintained, and it is conveniently located nearby.

The hotel is clean, quiet, close to amenities and relatively accessible via public transit. The morning buffet is very good and they even offer to make you coffee/tea and bring it to your table. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. Hotel and general area are calm. Highly recommend.

Good airport pickup and send. We had of 4 persons as a group. They charge us $20 total fees instead of $20 per person. However if you are not in our travel group , you have to pay your $20 airport shuttle. Good service, good English.

Bad experience

What began as an ordinary experience turned out to be the worst night in Turkey. We didn't like the food that the front desk ordered for us and we were clearly overcharged for it. We reserved a triple bedroom but what we got was matchbox. The morning of the flight at the airport we received a call with baseless accusations of stealing a tea kettle which was never present in the room when we checked in. They threatened with calling the cops on us to cancelling our flights. All in all one of the worst. I do not recommend this hotel

Good location for IST Airport. Great room.

10 to 15 minutes from IST airports. Airport taxi service about 500 Lira. I had a brief stay only so missed breakfast. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was not big but this perhaps helps with the competitive price. Otherwise all a good standard and had all I need including a small fridge.
