Stay at Ibis airport hotel

Hotel was basic and functional as was breakfast. Room basic and functional but bed very comfortable and had an excellent nights sleep. Staff at reception were excellent and extremely helpful couldn’t fault their customer service

It was an OK stay in an OK facility. We preferred it due to a late-night arrival at the Istanbul Airport. My 5 stars go to the front desk staff, especially the night shift guy (sincerely sorry, I forgot your name) who saved my vacation (travelling with two young kids) by finding the most optimal solution for a rental car-related problem in the middle of the night. Thanks for that.

We paid for a room with a king size bed but they gave us a room with a queen size bed!!! I have a kid and toddler so didn't have any other option to choose. I found them very untrustable and don't recommend them at all. If you have to, never pay them in front. Particularly the fact that expedia couldn't do that much if you'r rubbed.

I’m not sure how they have good ratings. The staff was cold and slightly rude. The water in the bathroom felt like it came out of a volcano, even the “cold” water. Couldn’t even shower properly.

The hotel was very clean, up to date with easy access. The only issue I had was the staff not being as helpful as I had expected. They also kind of looked miserable and unhappy. Everything else was great!

First i had a leak in my room, then they sent me to a new room where there were already a couple inside, then they gave me a card for a new room that didn't work. This all was after a 25hours travel !
