I had an amazing experience staying at the historic Laden Palace Hotel at Buyukada. I felt lucky to stay here because it has been under renovation for the past 6 years. Excellent choice! I highly recommend.

Amazing stay 10/10

Stayed here with the family for one night and was provided excellent service from the moment we walked in. The rooms are absolutely fabulous. The location is brilliant, only a few mins walk to the main square with all the attractions and a short walk to the ferry. The breakfast was good with brilliant service. I would highly recommend booking. Definitely be booking this again in the future.

Valizlerinizi bırakmaya bile izin vermiyorlar

2 günlük Büyükada gezimiz için bu otelde kaldık. Sabah erken saatte adaya vardığımız için valizlerimizi bırakmak istedik ancak kabul etmediler. Fakat bizden sonraki tüm misafirler valizlerini bırakmıştı. Odaya giriş yaptığımızda temizlik yapılmamış olacak ki odaya döndüğümüzde odamıza temizlik için girilmiş olduğunu fark ettik. Tarihi bir konakta olduğu için mükemmel bir ses yalıtımı bekliyorum ama neredeyse tüm odalardan gelen sesler duyuluyordu. Tüm bunların yanında kahvaltı beklentimin çok çok üstündeydi ve sıcak yemeklerin hepsi sıcak ve taze geldi. Kahvaltıda koyulan Kahve makinesi için maalesef aynı şeyleri söyleyemeyeceğim. En son ne zaman temizlendiği belli değil ve sütlü kahve içmek isterseniz içi tortulanmış bir boru ile süt kutusundan çekilerek yapılan sütlü kahve içersiniz. Fiyatına göre otelin durumu kötü değil ama özellikle yaz döneminde, böyle kötü bir hizmet almak oldukça üzücüydü.

Odalarda klima bozuk. Su damlatıyor ve bütün kirli su yatağa damlıyor. Ayrıca odalar tamamen rutubetli ve nefes alınmıyor. Gece uyuyamadık. Otelin tek iyi yanı çalışanlarının iyi ve anlayışlı olması.

Oda resimlerini beğenip pahalı odayı tuttuk kesinlikle resimle aynı değil çok daha küçüktü ferah degildi. Orantısızdı. Odanın belli bir bölümü kapalıydı kilitliydi. Içeride ne oldugunu bilmiyoruz. Bir tek banyo güzeldi. Asla bu paraya değmez.

Great spot, delicious food, okay hygiene

we loved the place, on our first night there were plenty of mosquitoes in the bathroom and a spider on the top of the walls (because the walls there are very high) but after room service the next day, everything was perfect. food was very filling for breakfast, which is one of my favorite parts aside from the AC, most other points were very satisfying. The AC needs a few minutes to open. Thank you to the staff for a nice welcome!

Kaldığım en kötü otel

Öncelikle tuttuğumuz odanın dışında bir oda verildi, otele geç girmek zorundaydık girdiğimizde diğer odanın zaten dolduğunu söylediler odamızı beğenmedik çünkü fotoğraflardaki ilk oda değildi. Kız arkadaşımla 1.yılımızı kutlamak için geldiğimizi söyledik ve yine yardımcı olmadılar kaldığımız odada masa ve sandalye yoktu ayrıca banyosu da temiz değildi, tuttuğumuz oda girişin üst katında bahçe manzaralı odayken bize giriş kattaki normal odayı verdiler oda değişikliği ya da rezervasyon iptali istedik ikisi için de yardımcı olmadılar verilen oda inanılmaz basıktı ve yatak içine çöküyordu gece boyunca rahat uyuyamadık gelecekler bunları bilerek gelsin özel gün için de tercih etmeyin kesinlikle
