The hotel was nice modern and clean the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was also in a good location with lots of shops and food options available. Rooms were clean but very small, no tea or coffee facilities and the breakfast buffet options were very limited.

The hotel was honestly lovely! So chic and fancy, and the staff were super friendly and kind. Their Turkish coffee? Hands down the best I’ve ever had in Turkey! The location is also a win—right at the beginning of Istiklal Street, which makes it perfect for short stays and exploring around. Just a couple of small suggestions I hope they think about: – It would be amazing if they could add room service. – A mini fridge for cold water would be super helpful. Also there is no wardrobe—right now there’s only a rack to hang clothes. Overall, it was such a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back every time I visit Istanbul.
