Upon walking through the doors you are hit with a wall of cigarette smoke. All the rooms are smoking rooms as well and the lobby has heavy smoke.

I called the hotel before travel to confirm that I need a no smoking room but the hotel gave me a room terribly smelling with smoke. When I talked to the reception they said this is the only available room. The room was so dirty, walls full of halls, air conditioner is not working and you can hear so weird voices coming from the neighbouring rooms. It felt like sleeping in the street. If you are on a holiday break and need some rest, do not go there.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. While the staff were okay, the cleanliness of the place was appalling. The room was far below standard—it smelled strongly of cigarettes despite requesting a non-smoking room. The duvet covers were ripped, bed had cigarette burnt mark, and the bed sheets were visibly dirty, which was unacceptable. The entire place is in desperate need of renovation. For the price, it was not worth it at all. I wouldn’t even give this place one star, despite the misleading positive reviews on Google. Avoid if you can!

Positiv: Das Personal sehr hilfreich und nett. Die Lage war in Ordnung. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Supermarkt "Şok" sehr nah. Negativ: Die Zimmer sind klein für eine 3-4 köpfige Familie. Sauberkeit leider nicht so gut. Schimmel in der Dusche vorhanden und viele Stellen sind auch reparaturbedürftig. Das Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten. Gemüse nicht frisch. Morgens hört man die Autos sehr. Das Hotel liegt halt an einer stark befahrenen Straße.

Wir waren im Zimmer angekommen und stellten sofort den dreckigen Zustand fest. Es befanden sich alte Rasierklingen in Schränken, die weder am Griff noch von innen und außen gereinigt wurden. Die Zimmernachbar sind permanent zu hören, zum Teil befinden dich sehr unangenehme Herren mit Damen im Hotel. Definitiv nicht familienfreundlich. Man hat uns gefragt, ob wir vllt das Zlmmer reinigen wollen würden. Sowas ist Bestandteil des Preises und wir waren überrascht, dass man uns überhaup so etwas fragt. Aus der Decke und den Wandfliesen tropft Wasser, welches sich am Boden des Badezimmers dann ansammelt. Die Möbel sind alt und staubig und zum Teil durch Zigarettenasche beschädigt. Ich komme nie wieder

Berbat bir konaklama deneyimiydi..Ya da konaklayamama da denebilir..Bir kongre için tek gece konaklayacağımız ve merkezi konumda bir otel ararken yorumlara bakarak rezervasyon yaptık ama gece yarısı yan odamızdan gelen iğrenç sesler ve olan biten herşeyi duymamız nedeniyle oteli anında terkettik..O misafirleri iki bayanın kaldığı odanın yanına almak kadar çirkin bir davranış olamaz..Resepsiyon görevlisi çok kabaydı ve otel pisti, sapsarı çarşaflar yastık kılıfları vardı..Bir grce kalıcaz idare edelim derken yan odayı birebir duyduğumuz anda ztn resmen kaçtık otelden.. Özellikle bayanlar sakın ha yorumlara inanıpta rezervasyon yapmayın..Güvende hissedeceğiniz bir otel değil asla..

Dreckig, stinkt und wird geraucht in den Zimmern. Kein Föhn und total heruntergekommen. Habe keine 2 Minuten in dem Zimmer verbracht und sofort ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Wollte mit meinem Kind Ferien machen. Dort zu bleiben unmöglich.

Nos alojamos 2 veces. La primera habitacion estaba definitivamente mejor que la segunda. Las habitaciones estan limpias, hay servicio de limpieza todos los dias, el desayuno es standard, el personal es amigable. La segunda habitacion era un poco mas antiagua y habia un poco de olor del drenaje. En general, tiene buena relacion caidad precio.
