We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is very convenient by Hava Bus from the airport. The funicular & tram are very close to all the main sights. It was quiet, rooms maintained to a good standard & tea & coffee facilities available. Breakfast is excellent value for money with a huge of array of food & great coffee! The spa was clean and staff welcoming, just what is needed after walking 20,000 steps during the day. Staff are approachable & can speak several languages well. I'd like to say that Seda, a trainee, was very professional at reception & I was very happy to see there were a number of trainees at the hotel and that giving young people an opportunity to enhance their career. A lovely stay that made our time in İstanbul even more memorable.

There were huge ants all over the rooms. It was very scary. When we told the hotel staff. They were not giving us a separate room. Finally after complaining for two straight days they gave us a separate room. We were women and had such a bad time in this hotel due to their negligence and ants. We did not pay for ants to share the room with us. They did not give us any discount or anything to cover such a terrible time. It was very disappointing. I would like to get my money for 2-3 nights back. As I stayed with ants and it was a traumatizing experience to feel that they would be in my clothes or shoes etc.

This hotel is definitely not 4 star. The room was dated, the bathroom door was rotted from water damage, they didn’t refill the body wash in the shower for our entire stay. The local area is so noisy at night with street vendors setting up to sell bootleg items at 11pm. My next visit to Istanbul will be at a different hotel.

They upgraded us to a 5 star hotel for one night as there was a fire alarm issue at the hotel. They also gave us free dinner and free breakfast every morning. Staff on the front desk were very helpful getting us cheaper cab ride to helping us navigate Istanbul. Rooms were decent size, very clean.
