My stay was perfect. I got the rest i needed. Enjoyed my breakfast ebery morning. Waitress in the restaurant was amazing. She was friendly and attentive all while managing to work alone. My overall stay was great.

Terrible bar, Elevator

I will start off by saying, front desk is always hospitable! I love their friendliness (Billy and Charles are amazing)! However, The bar service convenience is TERRIBLE!!! The lady who was servicing at the bar closed the bar at 9:30 on Valentine's Day..sooo many couples came to the bar and all she would say is "Bar is closed...no food." When we came to the bar, after sitting waiting for 10 minutes, she finally came over and said "We're out of this and this and this." Only burgers and wings, no sides other than fries!" This bar is RIDICULOUS! WHO IS THE MANAGER??? Now to the room...bed linen was alnost a yellow color because it was sooo dingy! Elevators were not working properly. My boyfriend was on crutched fr a knee surgery and is was soo Unaccomodating. We had to wait for the elevators 10 minutes just to get to our floor. Upon checkout, i waited for the elevators to open..After 15 minutes, i just decided to take the stairs. Hilton should be ashamed of themselves. Ive been a hiltin honors member for a long time. That's all about to change
