This is the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation on Amelia Island. From the incredible sunrises to the exquisite sunsets that Amelia Island offers, you will agree that this is vacationing at its best. You will look forward to future family or group gatherings in this environment. Relax and enjoy the unencumbered views of the ocean from your own balcony! This second-floor ocean view unit is located on a breezeway with windows facing three directions and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
 
The Beach Walker complex is a sought-after area on the Omni grounds, and this villa is located in the "up front" buildings with the best views and is closest to beach access. With this rental, guests enjoy access to the spacious, newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool that is just a short walk away. This pool offers a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.

While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.

Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.

I was disappointed to find dishwasher full, something’s still seemed dirty and to have to unload upon our arrival. Also there was not a silverware tray to put everything so I had to use cups to hold the utinsels. One of the master mirrors still had toothpaste spray on it and in the other master there were 2 hand towels that had makeup on them. The refrigerator door was sticky so we had to wipe it down. I was not impressed by the cleanliness. If it weren’t for that I could have given it a much better rating. The kitchen could use some organization also. Also the inside of dishwasher was filthy with chunks of food stuck in the filter.

A wonderful spot and a quiet beach area. Overall property was beautiful and interior space was nicely appointed and warmly decorated. Parking was very difficult and crowded, recommend carpooling as much as possible, as only one designated space is available, all others will be parking in the pine straw or along curbs. Property management company could do a better job with the stated amenities, as pool/beach towels were not found.

Beach villa

Great property- condos are older but well situated to the pool and beach. Recommend getting a cart to explore as there is a lot to see - parks, shopping, beautiful trees and foliage. Do take a bug spray as no see ums are present.

Perfect place for family stay

The condo was clean, furnished well, beds were comfortable and there were enough dishes to use for all 8 of us. The appliances were great. Everything we needed for pots and pans to make simple dinners each night. 2 smoothie makers! The coffeemaker is a Kuerig and large pot style combo so it accommodates pretty much everything. Great access to the pool and beach. We called for beach chairs and pool towels. That end of the island is quiet and very pleasant! There are a lot of walking/running/biking trails. We’ll go back for sure.

Poor experience with the rental agency

Three weeks after returning from our trip to Amelia Island Plantation for Thanksgiving with our adult children, I received an email from Amelia Island Vacations, the property rental agency. They charged my Visa card without my consent for 285.00 for the repair of a louvered bi-fold door that they accused us of breaking. I called the property rental agency immediately and told them that we did not break the door and that it was coming unglued and falling apart when we got there. After four attempts by me to have them reverse the charge they refused and said that “Per our policy, the replacement charge will not be refunded”. I have reviewed their rental policy and nowhere in the agreement does it say that if you don’t report something as broken during your stay you will be billed for the repair. Also, the air conditioning in the bottom two bedrooms and bathrooms is not adequate. They do have floor fans in the rooms but we were hot even in November.

Nicely updated condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo even though we had the unfortunate luck of staying there during a tropical storm! It’s been nicely updated. Also, the beds are comfortable which isn’t always the case in STR’s. Only negative is there is no dining room table for family dinners/board games etc but on the flip side you get a much larger kitchen than is typical in these condos. I just wanted to mention It in case that’s important to you. We would stay at this condo again!

Attending family wedding

Although the place could use a few updates, we found it overall to be a pleasant stay. Especially liked the layout of the kitchen, bedrooms were a good size, and my granddaughter especially liked Sven in the closet. Parking space provided was a little tight for a van, but location of space was very conveniently close to elevator. Pool was nice and boardwalk to beach was convenient.

Great Girl’s Trip!

What a great property for four ladies. Each were able to have their own room! The resort is great with enough restaurants to not even leave the property. For sure get a golf cart! We did venture out to the great downtown area but if you didn’t want to you would be just fine! Second time staying within the resort and would definitely come back

The location was our favorite part. I think the owners should put the furniture back how it was in the pictures online, and clean or replace the couches in living room. We had some issues during our stay of 4 nights, but the property management company was easy to speak to and went out of their way to help us when needed. Pool and beach were both easily accessible and beautiful.

Four Star details

Positive- Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. One parking space under cover, next to elevator, with luggage cart. Large capacity washer and dryer. Beach chairs in storage closet. Nice, big pool. Fully outfitted kitchen (once you find the hidden drawers…). Negative - no beach view, long walk to beach, no dining table (just island with 4 chairs and 2 stools). Ants coming from unattached back splash (but property management came and sprayed with natural lemon spray that took care of ants). Limited extra parking beyond the one reserved space but we made it work. Overall what we wanted for a large family reunion with beach and pool access.

Beautiful island. Resort very well maintained-although our condo could be a little cleaner. Windows had a disappointing view because they were in need of cleaning. Furniture extremely uncomfortable; beds very comfortable. No beach umbrella-even though it was advertised as having one.
