Begin your day on the screened porch while deciding what to do. Options include the beach just a short walk away (check out the closet for "supplies"), a stroll through the historic downtown with excellent restaurants and shopping, Fort Clinch park offers history & hiking. Internet and Cable TV so you can stay in touch.

Relaxing and peaceful

The property was super clean, plenty of towels and beach towels, did not have to bring kitchen supplies like soap, garbage bags, coffee filters etc. Instructions were detailed on where the garbage was, how the pool works, wifi code and cable. All the guess work was taken care of. The porch is incredible, huge and quiet. Like an oasis to yourselves. Would stay here again!!

Go to rental whenever in Fernandina

This was my 2nd stay at this property and it will be the first place I check for my next trip there. Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to beach. Perfect.

Fernandina Fun!

We loved this condo, especially the spacious porch—just as described in write up. The beds were very comfy. Only 2 negatives: TVs were very difficult to operate—we were able to access Netflix and Prime but no live TV. It would have helped to include the name of the condo community in the directions as it was not easy to find. Perhaps that was included in the instructions but I might have missed it.With all that said we had a lovely weekend and would rent this condo again.

Perfect stay!

This condo was perfect. Lynne was a very compassionate caring host. We were coming from hurricane Helene and this was the perfect stay. Condo is in a great location to the beach and restaurants. It had everything we needed and very clean. Easy to get in and out of without a lot of stairs. We will definitely return. Thank you Lynne.

Beach Trip

We love staying in Amelia Landing. The development is quiet and convenient to the beach. Our condo was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was closed all week. Our host informed us of the closure as soon as she could. She even helped find alternative pool options for us, which I appreciate. It was still a great vacation!

Perfect family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the villa, and the porch was a wonderful perk. Lynn was very helpful and attentive during our stay. Ask her about the shortcut to the beach; it only took us about 7 minutes to get there with two kids. Sliders Seaside Grill was right there on the beach as well, and they have awesome food and live music. Will definitely go back!

You will not go wrong with this location. So easy to get in and out . Close to the beach and all the eatery’s! I cannot say enough about the host Lynn! What a great person ! She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is set in the condo and even checked in on us . We accidentally left our computer in the carry bag . We were 3 hrs away , when we realized we didn’t get it . I called Lynn and she took care of getting it back to us ! I am so Thankful for this, that she took care of it ! AWESOME HOST !

Perfect!

Everything was wonderful! The condo is in an excellent area very close to the beach. The pool was great after a long day at the beach. Condo was stocked with everything we needed, very clean and the beds are comfy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Girls trip

Love this condo. Our second year here. Great location and quiet atmosphere. Owner very attentive to needs and requests ( suggested Keurig and was there when we arrived. ) she also provides lots of extras for her renters.

Amelia Island amazing. Many nearby state parks with beautiful, undeveloped beaches. Property itself nestled into wooded area. Large pool, walk to Fernandina city beach. Everything you need nearby. Condo has fabulous porch. Lynn, the host, always responsive and helpful.
