This new 7th Floor penthouse suite in the prestigious Seaside Retreat is located on the north corner of the north building, and guests will enjoy a totally unobstructed view all the way up the coast of Amelia Island, as well as to the Amelia River and Jacksonville to the west.

This high-end, newly-renovated villa provides more than 2,200 square feet of indoor living space, with plush and comfortable furnishings throughout. The wrap-around balcony on the beachside and balcony off the guest bedrooms facing the west offer even more space to enjoy the outdoors as well.

Since this is a monthly rental, guests can fully settle in to get a taste of life on Amelia Island. Wake up to the sunrise over the Atlantic and cheers the day's end by watching the sunset from the marshside balcony. Resort amenities include an oceanside pool, tennis court/pickle ball court, and direct access to the beach.

The spacious primary suite treats guests to ocean views from its private sitting area that is perfect for reading. There is a King Bed and an attached full bathroom that was fully renovated in fall of 2024. Enjoy the large walk-in shower, wide walk-in closet, and a water closet for privacy. The second and third bedrooms both have Queen Beds and their own full bathrooms as well.

With natural light streaming in from the massive windows, the spacious kitchen offers high-end appliances and lots of storage. The kitchen opens into the dining and living areas, providing a great layout for entertaining friends and family. The separate laundry room is right off the kitchen and features a washer and dryer, and another door accessing a private trash chute.

For avid or beginning golfers, there are 99 holes across our island. Nearby courses include Oak Marsh, a classic Pete Dye-designed golf course known for its narrow fairways, and the Amelia River Golf Club, a Tom Jackson-designed course with smooth TifEagle greens. Both of these consist of 18 holes and fantastic views.

Bike and golf cart rentals are also available from nearby vendors and many guests enjoy cruising down to the Amelia Island State Park, which protects over 200 acres of unspoiled wilderness along the southern tip of Amelia Island.

For your ease and security, our luxury rental uses a digital door lock for access, which requires a unique code that is reset after each guest's stay. This allows travelers to arrive whenever is most convenient for them after 4 p.m.
