Inside Sea Breeze, the bright and airy open floor plan includes a fully renovated kitchen, large dining table for eight, and island seating- perfect for entertaining. A retro arcade machine greets you at the entrance, while the cozy living room offers a relaxing spot to unwind.

The home boasts multiple bedrooms with king beds, Smart TVs, and stylish decor. The spacious primary suite includes a private sitting area and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, and walk in shower. Additional bedrooms offer king or queen beds, all with Smart TVs.

For extra fun, head to the air conditioned game garage with ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, and seating area. There is also a "Harry Potter Room" under the stairs, that kids will love for reading, napping, or just a fun little hangout space.

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

This beautiful home is in a fantastic location and is very well appointed! The game room was terrific, we so enjoyed our family matchups in foosball and ping pong. The weather was fantastic, so we really enjoyed the pool! The property manager was very thorough and communication was stellar! We really enjoyed our time here! We hope to return!! We highly recommend this home for your visit to Jacksonville Beach!!

Family visit

This home was perfect for a multi-generational family get together. Any questions I had were answered promptly. We had such a great time in the pool and game room. Bedrooms are spacious. GREAT PROPERTY

Highly recommend this property. It had all the comforts of a home and the amenities of a resort. Fully stocked kitchen, pool towels, bath products, great garage converted into game room and a beautiful pool. Management responded to any questions quickly and even recommended a golf cart rental literally not a si gle thing negative to say. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely return

Perfect stay!

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Jacksonville! We had 8 adults and 5 children (ages 1-4) and the house had plenty of space for all of us. The property was very clean and updated. The game room was so cool and the pool was perfect. There is a park close by we could walk to with the kids and there were lots of restaurants near by. Definitely would recommended!

Excellent Family Vacation Spot

This was an excellent listing and location for a multiple family vacation - 4 adults and 4 kids had plenty of room. The house is well stocked and equipped, we were able to cook/bbq without any concerns. It was a very short ride to the beach and it was a bonus that we could use the beach chairs, wagon and toys while we were there. We also loved the layout of the home..with two downstairs living spaces (the living room and the garage hangout) it made it easy to have adult space vs kid space during our stay. Would highly recommend! We’d book again in a heartbeat!

Weekend get away

After our first VRBO canceled (stating they sold the house) I was worried about finding a comparable replacement. Seabreeze exceeded our expectations with location, service, and amenities. The house is as pictured, clean and has every amenity you would need. The Airstream adds a perfect ambiance to the background and the gameroom was enjoyed by all ages. I recommend this property for families or groups. I know we will be back!

Labor Day Get Away

Arrived at check-in time and realized I had misplaced the entry code. As soon as I messaged Mike, I got a email with all the instructions I needed to get in. The pool is cool. The camper is dapper. The house is clean and the location is close to all the restaurants and attractions.

Spacious first floor with everything you need.

This house layout is perfect for 6-8 adults. All the beds are upstairs, downstairs is open an open floorplan. Lighting in garage was a little dim for shuffleboard and ping pong, but we moved some laps and we're fine. Late night lounging around the pool was great. Thanks Mike!

Multi Generation Family Vacation

Our family of 8 (4 generations) had a wonderful stay. This was a special trip for our family. We are vacationing with my mother inlaw(who has Alzheimers), sister inlaw and her husband along with one of our sons and two of our granddaughters. My mother inlaw won't remember any of it, but we will. ❤ The house and back yard oasis was perfect. There was something for everyone...our grandchildren loved the airstream and pool. We cooked in for most meals and kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and the beach was family friendly. Game room was great but we didn't really use it much as we had great weather and spent most of our time outside. Plenty of space for everyone to be in the backyard together. We always book through VRBO and as usual we were not disappointed and everything was better than described and the pictures don't do it justice. Highly recommend!!

Awesome location and great little house. Hot water was intermittent, I believe that cabin shared a water heater with the cabin connected to it. So depending on when the neighbors would shower would determine the hot water situation. All in all, was a great place and in the best location

One of our best vacations

This was truly one of our best vacation houses.Everything was perfect. The pool with the retro camper made the backyard an oasis. Our entire family enjoyed the rec room and arcade game. Being close to restaurants and groceries was a plus...very clean and everything as promised. We definitely plan to return.

Great property! We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great except for some electrical issues with outlets, lights & 2 tv's not working , (not a huge deal since there is a tv in every room) they attempted to correct it with no luck. Other than that it was awesome! I highly recommend this location and the property management team was great and attentive to our needs.
