Ihastuttava makuuhuone uima-altaan äärellä, tuuhea Cabana ja runsaasti paikkoja aurinkoon. Erillinen asuintila rentoutumiseen ja syömiseen. Aamiainen voidaan majoittaa pyynnöstä. The home was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Cody is a wonderful, friendly host who goes out of her way to make sure every aspect of your stay is the best!The area is amazing and very close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping.Cody's backyard pool area is perfect for relaxing, either in the covered furniture area or in the beautiful pool, which I used every day! It's very private as well. It feels like your own resort suite.I couldn't have been happier with my choice of property and owner in all respects. Having stayed here for two weeks, I did not want to return home!1000% recommend. You will not be disappointed! Ask her any questions about her listing and she will answer promptly!

Great Stay

We were in Jacksonville for a week of appointments and procedures at the Mayo Clinic. The property is about 5 miles away from the clinic, and easy to get to. We so enjoyed coming back to the house. The house is super comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Cody is very accommodating, and we feel like we have a friend in Jacksonville Beach. We would not hesitate to stay again, and spend additional time with Cody.

Relaxing

Cody was a great host. We are in Jacksonville as Mayo patients quite often and decided to make this shorter stay in a place off the beach. Great decision as we relaxed by the pool like no other trip. The place is older but VERY clean. The pool area was so much fun. We will be back!

Cody is an outstanding host. Easy to get along with. Makes sure you have everything you need. Her dog Chica and our dog were instant friends. We were there to go to the Mayo Clinic and Cody even let our dog stay with her and Chica. Perfect for us.

First TPC Sawgrass trip - hopefully not our last

We enjoyed everything about our stay! Great communication with Cody before our arrival, she kindly met us at well after 8 PM to greet us & provide a walk through. This was the perfect space for our long weekend with everything we needed. My only regret is not having more down time to lounge out back, as we had tournament tickets Saturday & Sunday. Easy access to the beach for our one free day. Morning walk, followed by lunch right down the street at Neptune Beach & a little shopping. Cody gave us great local dinner recommendations near the house, which came in handy after our return from TPC each day. We’re already discussing a return trip, as we felt the best of “right at home” while being “away from home”.

Spill over into gracious outdoor living - an unexpected delight! Safe and private. Cheerful Florida decor and colors. A shower large enough for two with space to spare. Ample towel bars, large walk-in closet with mirrors and bureau. Convenient to beaches, delicious niche restaurants, nite-life. Easy travel highway access. Friendly charming host.

“Peace of Paradise”

Cody’s place is just perfect, a well appointed & cutely decorated apartment overlooking private pool surrounded by tropical plantings and privacy fence. There’s a very comfortably furnished outdoor cabana when you want to take a break from the pool. Cody is a wonderful host, we enjoyed spending time with her and wow, can she grill up some delicious wings & pineapple! The location is perfect, minutes from Jacksonville Beach and convenient to everything. We’ll definitely stay with Cody again!

The accommodations were perfect for our needs, during our visit to Jacksonville. Cody the host was fantastic, very friendly & always asked if we were in need of anything. Very clean! Loved the benefit of sound system thru out house and backyard. We are music lovers, and the perfect atmosphere.

Cody’s “Peace” of Paradise

Cody is an exceptional hostess. Her property was pristine and well-manicured. The living space was quaint and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed the clean and crystal clear pool. My absolute favorite space was the backyard pool cabana. We, also, appreciated the local seafood restaurants and closeness to the beach. We absolutely loved Cody’s “Peace” and “Piece” of Paradise.
