Adjacent to the living room, the charming dining area comfortably seats six, perfect for intimate meals or a fun game of cards. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances, gleaming granite countertops, and abundant cabinet space, transforms meal preparation into a delightful experience.

At this villa, you can walk down the street and enjoy a glass of wine at the Omni Hotel, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a 5 minute stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road! This beautiful villa overlooks the Little Sandy course which is a short course featuring 10 holes around Red Maple Lake.

Absolutely wonderful!

We just returned from a peaceful getaway at this perfect vacation rental. Tucked along the golf course, it offered privacy while still being close to the pool & beach. It was perfect for our family of six with our grown children. Very relaxing & comfortable. We already can’t wait for a return trip.

This has been one of our favorite properties to date. This unit was exactly as described and better. One of the best equipped units we’ve stayed in. There was nothing extra we needed. Management was great to work with and checked in with us. Check-in and check out were seamless.

We loved our stay on Amelia island!! We celebrated my mothers 80th birthday and it was perfect!! The home was beautifully decorated with plenty of space, a wonderful view of the golf course and just a short walk to the beach!! Communication from the owners during our stay checking on us was also great! We plan to visit again soon and would highly recommend this beautiful home! Thank you, The O’Brien family

Beach week

My family had a wonderful week in this extremely clean Villa located on the Omni property just steps to the Beach. However, having paid near $4,700 for the Holiday week to include the required damage insurance policy, we had some disappointments on arrival: delayed check-in for an hour beyond VRBO contract time; delayed Guest information to Gate Security to gain access to the property and grounds; and a mountain of trash overflowing the 65 gallon can outside the back door percolating in the heat (removed >24 hrs later). It felt demeaning to us to perform check-out tasks via text from the Host that were not posted in the Notice in the Villa- clean the oven, run two loads of towels, as well as the expected duty to haul all trash in 65 gal rolling can uphill to a dumpster.

High school / birthday trip for our daughter

Great trip, full of memories for our daughter’s high school graduation and 18th birthday family trip! This is our 2nd time to Amelia Island and it was wonderful! The condo was clean. Very close to the pool and not far from the beach. Dee was wonderful from before we even left for our trip to after we left.

Nice Private Stay on South End of the Island

Walking distance to a beach with no to minimal public access was nice. Waves are not as intense as the North end of the island for some reason, but we just drove to that beach a couple of times during the week for boogie boarding. Plenty of room for our family which included 3 adults and 1 child. Easily could have accommodated a larger group. The 15 min drive to downtown was new for us but once we had the route down after the first few days it wasn't terribly inconvenient if we planned out our day before hand. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and everything that was provided by the owner.

The location was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the golfers and very close to the pool!

We loved the property! Great location! May want to consider a second AC unit for the upstairs. The rooms were all very spacious and comfortable. Right across from the beach access was perfect!!

A good time was had by all.

It was smaller than we expected. Back patio and chairs needed paint and chipped and peeled on our clothes. Furnishings and supplies were fine, even better than average. We had several bug discoveries - were told they were Palmetto bugs and couldn't be completely stopped. There was some confusion about the entry code and when we would receive it. VRBO did not put property manager's phone no. on website which caused some difficulty communicating. I don't believer the listing pointed out that the condo was in the Omni resort. That would have been a major selling point for us.

Comfortable Condo

We have stayed at numerous VRBO locations and we were not disappointed with our stay on Fernandina Beach (Amelia Island). This unit is convenient to the beach, tennis & golf course, walking paths and provides ample parking. The unit was clean & functional for our family.

Wonderful location and comfortable home!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The villa was large and comfortable for our family, and we had everything we needed with the well-stocked kitchen, laundry room, closets/dressers, etc. The patio and grill was perfect for evenings in. The property manager, Dee, was helpful and responsive. And the best part was the location - it was fantastic!! Right by tons of walking trails, 5-min walk to the beach, 10-min walk to shops/restaurants/ice cream/coffee or the main hotel, pool right next to the building. There were a couple things that could be updated/maintenance stuff, but only minor things that didn't affect our stay. One thing to note: it looks like they might be building a golf course by the lake the villa looks out onto? It wasn't up and running when we stayed, but there seemed to be greens and sand traps. So just something to be aware of. In a nutshell, we definitely recommend this property and enjoyed our stay!

Good property with all necessary amenities. Resort requires special check in at the entrance (guard not always on top of renters coming in), which is a minor annoyance. Beach was pristine and beautiful.

Very pleased

Beautiful lush surroundings with lots of paths for walking, running and cycling. Convenient location. We enjoyed he patio and gas grill. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for preparing meals. The temperature was a little hard to adjust, warm upstairs and cool downstairs. Overall it was a great place and we would most definitely book it again.

Lovely Vacation

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island and found the rental to be perfect fit for our family of 5, including 3 little boys. Clean and comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, short walk to the ocean, and beautiful grounds. The boys even braved the unheated pool just a few steps away. There favorite activity was fishing on Aury Island within the resort. We brought bikes and enjoyed exploring the island, especially the marshes and Fort Clinch park. There was some construction by Omni on the waterway out back, but no doubt it will only enhance the beauty of this place when complete. We would happily stay again and the property manager was extremely helpful.

Perfect vacation getaway

The property was fabulous, perfect for our family of 5 and our dog. The bedding/towels were high quality and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We loved to enjoy the patio with a glass of wine in the evening and the beach was a short walk.
