Rooms are old. Linen and cleaning is only every other day. Was not told that. Room carpet was fraying and dirty. Shower water pressure was low. However, staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the meeting room and it was excellent.

Average stay because of the lack of proper cups

The hotel was really nice to walk in to. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However I take exception to only having cardboard cups and no tea bags as I only drink tea. I had to go to the lobby to ask for them. The windows in our room #405 were dirty on the outside so made it difficult to see out properly
