Welcome to the Waterfront Island Studio, an enchanting oasis with an underwater theme. Adorned with ceiling wallpaper depicting an expansive ocean, a mesmerizing bubble wall, a 65" HDTV, and an in-sink dishwasher, this studio offers modern comfort in a serene setting. Nestled amidst mossy water oak trees, the island basks in the warm rays of the sunset, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Private Island in the "North Florida Keys" off of Heckscher Dr., very close to St. Johns River.



Getting Around:

Heckscher Dr will take you East/West.



Interstate 295 will take you everywhere else.



Other Things to Note:

Look carefully for the turn-off for Orahood Ln from Hecksher Dr. Trust your GPS.



Once on the single lane driveway, stay to the left at fork. Park by the large white garage. Your studio is behind the white garage and has a blue front door. labelled '9970.'
