POOL/HEATED SPA/BIKE WAIVER
Booking party must be at least 25 years old and is required to sign a pool/spa/bike waiver (provided via messaging after booking is confirmed). Booking party accepts liability for entire group for the duration of the whole stay. Waiver must be signed prior to check-in time (failure to do so could result in booking cancellation without refund).
BUSTER THE BLUE GOLF CART
Buster (the blue golf cart) is available to rent for an additional fee: ($50/night-January 1 thru February 28 and $75/night and March 1- December 31). If you choose to rent the golf cart, the fee applies to the full length of stay regardless of usage. Booking owner and all drivers will be required to sign a waiver and provide valid and active driver's license and insurance. All drivers must be minimum 25 years of age.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation policy that is confirmed at time of booking is strictly enforced. Reservations requesting to be cancelled outside of cancellation window will not be refunded (including due to weather). We highly recommend purchasing trip/travel insurance to ensure you are fully covered should something come up!
Other things to note:
To reserve this property, the guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and is required to occupy the property for the duration of the stay. This guest is also required to sign a waiver for the pool/house/bikes.
There is enough parking for up to 4 midsize vehicles. The garage is Buster's home. We cannot accommodate RV/trailer parking (exceptions can be made if requested prior to arrival). Please only park on the driveway.
