The Ocean Villas - 2 Oceanfront Condos (sleeps 12)

Stay on the beach with direct sand access. Each light filled villa features a covered patio or balcony to enjoy the salt-air breeze, an open living room with Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table that doubles as a workspace with ocean views.

Each of the four bedrooms in the Villas features a king bed and a Smart TV. Villa 1 provides a premium air mattress, while Villa 2 has a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleep space.

Beach essentials are provided for each villa, as well as a washer/dryer for convenience.

Walk to nearby restaurants and shops or stay in and savor the view. Whether you're gathering for a milestone celebration, multi-family vacation, or golf getaway, Ocean Villas offers space and amenities designed to bring everyone together.

Reserve both villas together for groups of up to 12, or book individually as Ocean Villa 1 or Ocean Villa 2 for up to 6 guests each.

No Pets Allowed due to HOA Regulations.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, all can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

No Pets Allowed due to HOA Regulations.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

Nice inside and the beach is great

But…the exterior of this property is under repair and unfortunately the management company was not made aware of the ongoing construction.
