Really Disappointed

The apartment was not even remotely close to what was advertised and paid for. Got smoking room instead of non smoking. Not daily cleaning service. The wifi was not reliable had to change modems in the end. The unit had a lot of damages that I had to report on a daily basis. Ants crawling everywhere in the unit daily. The whole family had to use the towels twice due to no daily cleaning as per the advertisement. Management avoid talking to you. If you cannot talk Indonesian do not stay here. The whole complex is tired looking and covered with problems. The swimming pools are not kept consistently clean and there are a lot of liabilities for children that can hurt themselves in pool area due to lack of maintenance. Our trip was ruined by the false advertising, lack of help by lastminute.com and the hotels management. All refuse to respond to our complaints. Clearly over rated and priced. I have lost all trust with Lastminute.com.au and all its affiliates. Will not waste my time with this scam to the ACCC they have lost very loyal customers and friends.

Ruined my stay.discusting hotel.smell was terrible

The hotel staff are not at all helpful.they can't speak English or has any translater.They hang up the call when we call reception.the room was awful.no proper bed , toilet was disgusting the overall ..I would never recommend it to anyone.false advertising from last minute.com.au. I am very upset with this booking.
