Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment located in the Arenal area, next to the Javea Tennis Club. This comfortable and bright accommodation is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Ideal for couples and tennis lovers!
Accommodation
The apartment has an area of 48 m², features one bedroom, one bathroom and capacity for 3 people. It is located on the first floor, without a lift, in the La Plaza urbanisation, a quiet and picturesque community with a beautiful courtyard and fountain.
The living room is cosy and has an individual sofa bed and direct access to the closed terrace with large glass windows. This pleasant 15 m² space with outdoor furniture includes a dining table with two chairs. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. The apartment also offers a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating with heat pump, washing machine and Wi-Fi internet connection. Additionally, it has a private outdoor parking space.
Location and Environment
The apartment is located in a quiet area, ideal for those seeking an oasis away from tourist hustle and bustle. The Arenal beach is just a 5-minute walk away. There are many restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, and more, all within a short distance. Additionally, it is perfect for tennis lovers, as it is located next to the Jávea Tennis Club, also known as the David Ferrer Club (paid facilities). This cozy apartment is the perfect option for a relaxing stay in Javea, combining comfort, convenience, and an excellent location.
