With spacious, well-distributed spaces and exceptional outdoor areas, this property offers all the comforts for an unforgettable stay.



Accommodation

The 285 m² dwelling features a living-dining room, independent kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one en suite) and a small TV room, all distributed across two floors with spacious, bright and well-ventilated rooms.

On the main floor, which is directly accessed from the street, there is a spacious and comfortable living-dining room with a closed gallery, perfect for relaxing at any time of the year. It has air conditioning, Smart TV, free WiFi and large windows that provide natural light. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, complete crockery and all necessary utensils.

On this same floor you will find three bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), a full bathroom in the hallway, a cosy TV room and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

On the upper floor is a fourth attic bedroom with a trundle bed, ideal for the little ones or as an additional rest area.

The dwelling stands out for its spectacular outdoor patio with private pool, outdoor dining area with large table, sunbeds, gas barbecue and a wonderful chill out area on the roof with panoramic sea views.
