Entrance

Enter through electric gates on to the large private plot with plenty of room for parking on the driveway.

From the parking enter the house at front into a welcoming large bright entrance hall.

Living areas and kitchen

From the entrance enter directly into the downstairs kitchen, perfectly placed with patio doors leading directly onto the covered terrace. This overlooks the pool and is perfectly situated to relax on. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Upstairs you will find a fabulous living space with open plan kitchen diner and very spacious lounge. The lounge features 360 degree views, making it bright and airy. 3 comfortable sofas face a large 55" flat screen TV with multiple channels. Patio doors from the lounge take you on to a sunny side decking area.
Again the kitchen is well equipped and features a dishwasher, the dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with seating for 6.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom is on the lower level to the left of the hallway, featuring a king size bed, open plan to the large en-suite. Patio doors leading directly on to the covered terrace with views to the pool.

Bedroom 2 is a large twin room with an en-suite. Patio doors leading onto the garden terrace.

Bedroom 3 is upstairs along a hall to the left of the dining area. With sea and pool views next to the family bathroom.

All bedrooms are well furnished and feature air-conditioning. Perfect to retreat to for some chill time!

Outside

The villa is surrounded by pretty Mediterranean gardens.
The covered downstairs terrace has outside furniture to relax on and the covered upstairs terrace has a dining table and chairs for 6.

Pool and terraces

The rectangular private pool is 10m x 5m and is entered by Roman steps, making it perfect for children.
6 sunbeds are provided on the surrounding terraces, with parasols for shade.

BBQ Area

The bbq area is in brick housing with a gas bbq, just off the pool terrace.
