Great location on the water

Great location to everything we needed in Stuart and Jensen. Loved having the dock to fish from and watch the sunrises & sunsets. Large house gave us plenty of room. Wonderful AC for the warm weather. The house had been cleaned but could certainly use some TLC to look & feel cleaner (i.e. painting). Unfortunately, the light gray cloth sofa was covered with stains, so we covered it with sheets and towels. It was a comfortable sofa but looked really dirty. Overall a good property for our first visit to the area.

2021 Florida vacation

The property had all that we needed. The 2 teens had there own rooms with Wi-Fi that made there day. The house had a beautiful view of the Saint Lucie river which was great for sunrise coffee and fishing. We rented kayaks from Jensen Beach native kayaks they delivered to the house. It worked out great.. We would definitely stay there again.

Heads Up

We enjoyed our visit and the place was nice. Need to restock some items like garbage bags, the one in the can was all I could find. The place could use a little preventive maintenance, but I was off duty for the weekend. These little things can turn into big things if you don't keep up with them. Just a heads uo.
