The property is in need of updates and a major cleaning. The televisions were not in working use and said there was nothing they could do about it. Room was dirty, no continental breakfast. Description and pictures online are very misleading.

The property was good to stay overnight if you need a place to stay going to a concert, but the price for the room was outrageous for that place. I may have to check another website other tham expedia. It should have been under $200 total.

The front desk man, Mahersh, did a horrible job during check-in. I wanted to pay my hotel fee in cash and my security deposit in card. He charged me the hotel fee twice in addition to the security deposit. Which is over $300 taken out of my account that I have to wait several days for that money to be returned to my account. He even smirked in my face while I was expressing my frustration. Horrible customer service. The room was great though. Convenient location. Affordable.

The price is not worth your dignity

I notified them that my shower was not working, not a drop of water coming out of the bottom spout or the shower head and I wanted to change my room. They said they will get it fixed. I went on the road all day on day 2. They never fixed it and never even entered my room to service it at all. I had to use to sink to wash up. And just left early before my stay would have ended. No body at the front desk when running the counter bell. Hotel is poorly ran and poorly managed.

The booking process was very easy thank you Expedia when I got to the hotel I was informed that there would be a $100 deposit for the room. I walked out to converse with my spouse about this. Coming back I was told that my room had been canceled my reservation had been canceled. Then I had to buy the rooms over again, which did not register from Expedia. The itinerary was for two days. I only stayed there day. The place was pretty filthy. The bed was clean. That’s the only thing that I can say. The bathroom was nasty. The lights were not adequate. The tub was filthy. They had a ring in the tub The toilet seat broke we didn’t have any hot water for to shower that night so we had to take bird baths. It was a very horrible experience. And my reasons for traveling was to bury my child and I was not able to stay there for another night because I had my money tied up in the rooms for the deposit and the other day stay so we end up having to come back home a day early

Worst hotel experience Scam - Booked hotel with breakfast but there is no breakfast Room floor are not cleaned hard to put your foot without flipflops. Sink gets clogged everytime you turn on the tap Booked the hotel for 2 days but when I asked for toiletries kit they simple didnt provide it. never expected such horrific experience from a property managed by wyndham

The only positive thing about this place is its convenient location. The property is poorly maintained, and the management appears uninterested in making guests comfortable. I’ve stayed in motels around the world, and I would rank this one as my least favorite. I wouldn’t recommend it unless location is your sole priority.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location to Metlife stadium. But unfortunately there is a giant sign in the lobby that says it is “illegal” or against the law to walk from the hotel to Metlife stadium. Although the hotel is close, it is not “walking distance.” The photos for the hotel are clearly photoshopped or AI generated and the rooms look nothing like the photos. The hotel is in need of serious renovations and the cleanliness is super poor. I would not book again unless they improve their cleaning standards and upgrades. They should also post actual photos of the rooms because the photos they are using for advertisement are fake.

Everything was reasonable for a last-minute trip; however, my checkout experience was unacceptable. At exactly 11:05 am, just five minutes past checkout, the housekeeper opened the door without any warning while I was indecently exposed. She demanded that I leave and refused to close the door. This behavior was highly inappropriate and unprofessional, especially after I had asked her to wait. I am very disappointed with how I was treated as a customer.
