Looks nothing like the photos really, there were bedbugs and no one cared or seemed surprised, by a highway, kind of sketchy overall

This Super 8 is disgrace. You check in and go to your room . While never mentioned anywhere there is no elevator. I explain to the Clerk my wife has problems with her knees . This was no concern of his . He check Us in and put us in a room with out closing rest room door. The remote and Tv gave one channel. the Clerk offered to change the room . This is worse than the the first room . Outdated tub with a pink and mold caulk ring. Then we proceeded to the second floor even though it was explained that my has knee problems. This was still outdated with non working remote for tv. At this time We’ve had enough. So We asked to have our money refunded. We are told the same clerk he wasn’t authorized to do refunds. Now we all know this is a lie. This was confirmed by the morning Clerk . Who said I could have got a refund the previous day. Long story short my refund was refunded Four later. But have not received my security deposit of $100 . Not a d

The first night, the heat did not turn on. The toilet didn't flush. The temperature control for the shower didn't work--the water was too hot. The staff couldn't transfer telephone calls. It took >4 hours to obtain clean towels.

It was so dirty. Our room clearly wasn’t clean as there was a used wash cloth and bar of soap already in there upon check in, there were stains on our sheets and on the sink outside if the restroom. The hallway areas were dark and dirty. The ice machine on the 2nd floor didn’t work and the one on the first floor was overflowing with water. The staff were friendly but that was about it.

Fridge didn't work and we didn't notice ,so leftovers spoiled. Room was clean, but common areas were not. Good for an overnight stay for a ball game or the mall due to price, but would not stay longer.

I stayed at the Hotel two days, while in town to watch my favorite football team play the Jets. No thrills Hotel. Just a place to sleep which is all I needed. I would not take my Wife to this Hotel, but for two old buddies it worked. Redd’s sports bar one block away is great for food and a shuttle bus to and from Met Life stadium.
