Room was spotless and clean! One area of improvement - the shower wash / shampoo pumps were a little bit faulty, making it hard to get sufficient body wash out during showers.

Firstly, breakfast is not Free. Shown Improvements of the food. I registered 12noon with the Front desk and I need to be back at 3pm for my room. At 3pm there is a long queue, I felt St.Giles should have system to inform Guests thru whatapps or Signboard when room are ready instead everyone check with the concierge.

Overall stay was good except that the room air-condition is not as cold. The room temperature was set to 19 deg C but the room was very stuffy and warm. Did not manage to get a good night slee😓.

There is nothing not to like about the hotel. There is a shopping center conveniently downstairs with plenty of eating and shopping options. Room is spacious and nicely designed, will be back soon.

Good but could be better

The check-in is smooth. The room is spacious and clean. But it would be great if there is a small table and additional chair within the room near the windows as there are a lot of unused space.
