The hallway was littered with garbage and looked to need cleaning. The outside pool and lounge area were in need of some serious lawn care and clean-up. When we checked in there were quite a few people in the breakfast area with their large liquor bottles on the tables and being quite noisy. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and quiet.

This property is very nice inside and out. Smells clean down the hallways. The seating area by the pool brings one out for a nice outdoor breather. The pool and hot tubs are always clean and nice to be in. The grills could be a bit newer as one was missing knobs, and the other was kinda dirty. But still usable. All the staff we encountered we're professional. The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. The beds are really the best of all places I've been. Overall, a great place to stay.

Honestly the staff during my checkin was very friendly, professional, & helpful. My room was clean. The guest laundry was decent other than needing to be cleaned due to lazy guests that don’t clean up after themselves. The only other issue I had was using the remote for the tv. It worked but you had to mess with the buttons to get the remote to work properly.

We reserved a handicap accessible room. Checked in, my handicapped friend went to find the room I found parking and unloaded our suitcases. Found my friend in the hallway. A worker told him the room we were assigned was damaged from a pet so she went to get us a different room and would return. After about 20 minutes came back. No handicap room was available so we had to take a regular one. Very disappointed in this turn of events.
