Check-in instructions withheld until 24 hours of check in. That was the first we heard there was a rooster in the neighborhood. Upon arrival the sail over the outdoor seating area was shredded, replaced by host the next day. Keurig has a menu issue rendering it not usable. 2 days later provided with working coffee maker. Advertised hot tub but there is none. "Golfers Paradise" provided 1 putter, 3 balls. Grill is very rusty. Hammock is rolled up on the patio , a clothesline is hung where the hammock was pictured in the ad. Our queen bed was very low to the floor. I am 5'4" and the top of the mattress was about 2 inches below my knees when standing next to it. It is hard to get out of a bed that low to the ground. No dresser, bedside table or any shelf to set personal items on. We were able to hang some clothes during our week stay but much of our items remained in our suitcase on the floor. Lights in 2 bedrooms are not on a switch. must search in the dark for lamp switch. The bedroom window that faces the street has large breaks in the plastic mini blinds, compromising privacy. Best to keep the blinds closed as the neighbors have carjacks and rusty tools leaning up against their garage. Interior of the unit was clean. Location close to highway and restaurants. Additional check out instructions were added via VRBO messaging the day before check out. This was a very disappointing stay. I have photos if needed.
