Stayed to nights on this property. On the second evening we saw bugs on the walls. Called reception desk to make them aware and see what could be done. After three calls to them they ended up moving us to another room for the last evening.

The staff especially the front desk was very helpful and friendly! 5 stars for that … the room had some older issues half of the plugs/ sockets didn’t work The bathroom door didn’t lock , half the lightbulbs were out and the carpet in the room and in the hall smelled like dog pee and or mold so they sprayed it with ungodly amounts of “ freshener” that just masked it But I wasn’t there for the room primarily, the pool was clean my 11 yr old enjoyed it the breakfast was good and the location is a 10 Which is why they still got 3 stars

The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff had trouble getting the plastic room key to work, I had to go back three times to have them reset it. The room was clean and nice and very quiet. The breakfast is quite extensive and well done. I didn’t realize there was going to be a refundable 50.00 security fee, I was just lucky I had it when they asked for it.

What a great mothers day weekend 💕

We went on Mother’s Day weekend, so it was very busy. There was a large group or family who took up the entire dining room so our second morning we could not eat breakfast and the first morning it was hard for staff to keep up with feeding them on top of the rest of the guests. We have stayed a few times before and besides the hallway carpet being disarray and the smell of someone smoking thc in the hallways it was as we usually experience. The customer service was great and staff was very attentive and helpful to which we love and our room was clean and comfortable.
