Enjoyed our place with front-row seats for whale watching. Both bedrooms were en suite, which was great for 2 couples. When a huge rainstorm flooded our unit, KBM found us a new place to stay (an upgrade) within hours.

Wonderful Property - with Fantastic Views

So everything about the property was as advertised. Clean and nicely furnished. The view was absolutely perfect. Best view of any place I have ever stayed. So close to the water you feel like you are on a cruise ship - and sunsets every night directly out from your patio.

Room/Condo was great. Construction was supposed to be completed, so that was a bit of an issue

Condo unit was nice, well kept. Property overall was under remodeling, hence the noise and lack of hot water was a bit of an issue the first few days there. Overall good experience, but remodeling should have been advertised before hand.

Amazing

The condo was clean and spacious, just as pictured in the listing. The location is just a few feet from the water. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The view is amazing and we watched sea turtles from there every day. I believe the turtles (Honu) were eating the greenery that grows on the rocks that are right on the shoreline. We used the pool and also enjoyed the condo's close access to the boardwalk both for early morning exercise and to explore the other hotels and restaurants nearby. Location is excellent

No communication about major construction on property

I should have taken it as a warning sign when this property was removed from VRBO approximately two weeks before my departure. After arriving to the condo, which was lovely, it was clear that there was major construction and renovation happening all around the unit. The drilling was so invasive that we could hear it in each bedroom and living room throughout the day. I was traveling with my husband and two boys (age 3 months and 2.5 years). The constant barrage of construction noises made it impossible for my children to nap or anyone to relax on the unit. I cannot believe that KBM did not communicate with me at all to apprise me of the construction before the trip when we were clearly the only unit rented on that floor and side of the property. After complaining, KBM moved us to a different unit, which was fine, but try packing up two kids in the middle of vacation… bit of a nightmare. I will never stay with KBM again.

Very nice vacation location

Place was great and the view is amazing! Close to stores, food and activities. Renting a car still makes sense given the island taxis and ride shares are scarce if you want more beaches, restaurants and other options than the great places near by. Thank you!

Very good location. Right on the beach and within walking distance to a number of shops on the adjacent properties. Corner unit has pretty fantastic views. Overall would highly recommend this rental.

Absolutely Incredible w/ One Issue...

...That issue being that we had to leave when our vacation was through. This property was wonderful. Breathtaking views.... we laughed that we could stay sitting on the balcony our entire trip. We saw tons of whales, rainbows, and gorgeous sunsets, Bring binoculars if you have them - not necessary but you’ll be happy you did. Surprisingly well equipped. Garlic press, vegetable steamer, pitchers, blenders, (sharp!) knives, etc. The pool at the complex left a bit to be desired as it was usually windy or shady, but it is handicapped accessible and got 9 feet deep. Also had a large hot tub. The unit was immaculately clean, yet super kid friendly. We truly could have not left the condo our entire stay and felt content. I also need to note the excellence of KBM. They made it SO easy. They were great with communication, making everything so smooth and headache free. There were many unexpected “nice touches”, such as laundry detergent, dish washing soap, chocolates upon arrival, and all the other stuff like beach chair & toys for kids, boogie board, snorkeling equipment, etc. Also we got the rental car provided and when we landed my wife got the bags and I got the rental car, and I ended up getting the car before she got the bags. What an amazing property from top to bottom. It’ll be hard to stay elsewhere next time we’re in Maui- we couldn’t have had a better time!

fantastic!

Better than the pics!! Just wonderful! Bigger and nicer than I imagined. There was one issue with bedding that smelled really bad but I think it just stayed in the washer too long; not sure. But everything was better than I could have hoped for!

Amazing!

This property was perfectly situated and had stunning, sweeping views. We were so happy and comfortable. Our favorite thing was watching the turtles swim in the surf each morning while we ate breakfast on our private patio.

Fantastic Place

This condo was absolutely beautiful and well equipped with everything you could imagine. You will only need to make a Costco run and you are all set for what, we all considered an amazing vacation. Our party included our Daughter and Son in-law and their two little ones 2 1/5 and 3 along with my husband and I. A special thank you to the owners for opening up their beautiful condo. It was breathtaking! None of us wanted to leave so our only complaint was the fact that the window cleaner came in 45 minutes before the departure time and started cleaning. We didn't get that last chance to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and being thankful for this wonderful place. We just felt rushed to leave. I think when they say departure at 11:00 they should honor that. Mahalo!

Great condo on the beach

The property was in excellent condition, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, extras like beach chairs and boards, and Lanai which overlooked the ocean, in every condo. The pool had grills and cooking arrears also. Great accommodations for a reasonable cost. Also the service was great. When I called to request extra supplies they were accommodating. Thanks KBM!

Great Beachfront Location

This property was perfect for a getaway to Maui. The views from the condo were great. The property is right on the beach so you have easy access to go swimming. The size was perfect for 3 adults and 3 teen/preteen kids.

We could not have been happier. The beds were soooo comfy!! The views to die for. Very quiet at end of hall. We will be back to this condo. We have stayed at the Mahana multiple times. This corner unit was the best of our experiences here. The furniture in living room was incredibly comfy as well.
