Access to the garage was pretty bazaar but we were glad there was no additional cost. The staff was friendly, room comfortable and location worked.

Great stay

For the most part it was an excellent stay. I read the review and saw that the pool was small but didn’t realize how small. But the grand kids loved it anyway. I will warn you though they keep the room were the pool is so hot that I couldn’t even stand in there. Parking isn’t the best. But the ladies who did the breakfast were amazing. Food was so good and always filled. Staff was friendly and nice. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

The suites were set up nicely with a nice seating area, desk area, entrance area and a walk-in closet. We were only there for the night, but it was quite restful. We all thought this was the best hotel of the college visit road trip. They have on property parking and it was seemed pretty busy the day we were there. (Their ramp has a corner and a steep grade, and I was worried the vehicle we were in wasn’t going to make it as it does not handle sharp turns well. However, we didn’t have any problem).

Great stay in great location

Fantastic stay. We were there for the NAIA National Basketball Tournament. Room was spacious and a good value. Hotel was full but very quiet. Parking was ok really wished they wouldn’t charge for it. Daily breakfast was great. All staff we dealt with was friendly and quick to answer questions we had.

Need to add insulation to the parking garage ceiling where units are located per code. Bathroom floor in my unit was ice cold due to no insulation below it. Whole room was quite chilly as well. Heater could not keep up.

There was absolutely no on-site or even nearby parking for guests arriving late; the front desk staff was extremely rude about it and wouldn’t even give recommendations on where to park. After leaving two of our vehicles overnight in a local garage, both cars had warnings from the cops about parking there overnight. When asked by the front desk staff if I preferred room service, I inquired if it was at an extra cost. When told room service was included in the daily rate, I gladly and thankfully agreed to it. However, in staying from Tuesday, March 13 through Saturday, March 16, room service never came into my room one time. There was a stain on the comforter I noticed the first night, by which I left a note, requesting a clean one (which never happened). The dirty towels piled up on the bathroom floor and I ran out of clean ones, having to ask for additional from the housekeeper passing by, cleaning other rooms. The trash in the bathroom was never emptied. Both the body wash and conditioner ran out in the shower, as did the two rolls of toilet paper (there were no extra available anywhere in the bathroom). I left notes around the room, asking for all of these things to be taken care of, but it was obvious that housekeeping never entered my room during my stay. Needless to say, I was very disappointed, especially because I had been specifically asked by the front desk staff if I wanted room service or not.

The hotel overbooked myself and 8 other clients. We had to settle for a room that was too small/unkept for our needs. It was not particularly clean. Staff/Management blamed all issues on Expedia which was not true. Parking was awful/dangerous. Overall not a pleasant stay. Will not stay there again and would definitely not recommend.

Our 1 Night stay was beyond expectations! We will definitely be back - we were surprised by the SHK staff with birthday balloons and bday card! From lobby to gym to room, it was all spotless! Great customer service! The lady who worked night on 3/7 deserves a huge shout out! She made sure we had a parking spot and took care of us.
