Beautiful apartment in Olpenitz

Spending a few relaxing weeks with the family is a reality in this holiday apartment. Even if you are not a born coastal child, you will all feel at home here, as this holiday apartment offers something for everyone.

The KÜSTENKIND is located between the Schleim estuary and the Baltic Sea and is therefore surrounded by the element of water. And where there is the Baltic Sea, there is also a beach, the Weidefelder Strand. Just a few minutes' walk from your holiday home, the little ones can dig to their heart's content, splash around in the water and let off steam. And when the children are happy, parents can relax. There is also a kiosk, a well-stocked supermarket and a beach restaurant on stilts with a view over the Baltic Sea.

The KÜSTENKIND is a spacious holiday apartment on the ground floor, which you can enter directly via two terraces. Summer living couldn't be more relaxed. Furnished in a Nordic-maritime style, every room radiates cosiness. The open-plan living and dining area with adjoining kitchen impresses with its floor-to-ceiling windows and views into the distance. Both the kitchen and the living room have access to the second terrace, where you can enjoy dining and relaxing.

There are two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and a TV, the other with two single beds. Both rooms offer a view of the sea and the harbour.



Another oasis of well-being is the bathroom with an infrared sauna and a whirlpool bath, which also has a shower.



And as the apartment has underfloor heating and an elegant wood-burning stove, it is also a wonderful place to holiday when the weather doesn't play ball.



There is also a car parking space right next to the house and a lockable bicycle shed.



Our favourite spot: Cycle along the sports and sailing harbour to the harbour promenade and take a stroll.



The barbecue is a gas barbecue. Gas cartridges are not included in the price.

Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
