The spacious holiday apartment is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by lift. Situated above the things, it offers a spectacular view of the water through floor-to-ceiling window fronts, harbour cinema guaranteed. And while the south-facing terrace directly on the water promises sun all day long, the sauna, wood-burning stove and underfloor heating offer cosy comfort at any time of year.



The open-plan living and dining area with its cosy seating area and large dining table invites you to linger in front of the crackling open fire. The panoramic waterfront offers holiday entertainment with ships sailing past.



The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious holiday meals.



The bathroom with walk-in shower provides maritime wellness moments, while the sauna offers a wonderful view of the water. The bathroom also offers access to the large terrace.

Eigentlich eine tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist recht neu und mit fast allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Leider fehlt hier aber die Liebe zum Detail. In dem sehr großen Bad gibt es nicht einen Handtuchhalter für Sauna oder Duschtücher. Heizkörper für vier Handtücher nicht ausreichend. Ebenfalls wären Auflagen für die Balkonmöbel schön gewesen. In der gesamten Wohnung fehlen die Fußleisten. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer sind sehen zwar neu aus, klemmen oder wackeln aber. Die Bettlampe im Kinderzimmer funktioniert nicht und wurde auch nicht ersetzt. Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung mit Sonne ab mittags auf dem Balkon, aber durchaus noch zu optimieren um den Wohlfühlfaktor zu erhöhen. Unbedingt Fahrräder mitnehmen!
