Please note that electricity and water costs are not included in the price of the trip. These are billed separately according to consumption. This way you can control your individual consumption and have it fairly accounted for.



For your comfort, we offer you the possibility to book bed linen and towels in the form of linen packages directly with the agency Seeblick Ferien ORO. If you book these linen packages, your beds will already be made upon your arrival.



At your arrival you have to pay a deposit in cash. This serves as security and will be refunded immediately upon check-out after deduction of consumption costs.
