This floating house impresses with its exclusive location in the Olpenitz harbor basin and offers an unobstructed view to the east towards the harbor entrance. From the private terrace, you can enjoy the maritime view of the surrounding water at any time. Direct access to the jetty and the private boat mooring offer ideal conditions for water sports enthusiasts and sailing lovers.
The houseboat spans two floors and features a total of three rooms, including two comfortable bedrooms for up to five guests. One bedroom has a king-size box-spring bed (180x200cm) and a wardrobe, while the other contains two comfortable single beds (90x200cm each) and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have a smart TV and blackout curtains.
A modern, light-filled bathroom completes your comfort. The walk-in shower, a vanity with a mirror, a cosmetic mirror, and a hairdryer ensure complete relaxation. Underfloor heating provides comfortable temperatures year-round.
The open-plan living area on the upper floor combines coziness with modern amenities. A comfortable sofa, an armchair, a dining table, and a smart TV are at your disposal. The sofa bed (120x190cm) can be used as a sleeping option for a fifth person. For your entertainment, you'll find Wi-Fi, a DVD and Blu-ray player, and board games.
The open-plan kitchen, directly adjacent to the living area, is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee and espresso machine, an egg cooker, a toaster, a waffle iron, and a wide range of other kitchen utensils, perfect for enjoyable evenings of cooking together. A blender and a waste bin are also provided.
Children are very welcome; a high chair and a cot are available. Pets are also allowed, so the whole family can enjoy a holiday together.
