Lovely home in Motovun

Villa Nolissima has been designed to accommodate two or three families or groups of 12 people. The rooms have been laid out in such a way that they offer enough space for daily activities and still offer each guest enough privacy. The house has three floors. On the first floor, next to the large open pool with adjoining sunbathing area and a covered terrace, there is a summer kitchen with dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor of the house there is a kitchen with dining room, a terrace and two bedrooms with bathrooms. On the last floor there are two more large bedrooms with bathrooms. The villa has its own fenced parking space for 4 vehicles. In the immediate vicinity you will find agritourism and restaurants where you can taste traditional food and drinks. If you are one of those who prefer an active vacation, besides the usual swimming in the pool and sea, you will find hiking trails, mountain bike trails, enduro and motorcross near the villa. We can further help you rent a horse for excursions, as well as a floodlit soccer field, beach volleyball court or golf course, or organize a day boat trip.In the heart of magical Istria, just 4 km from the medieval town of Motovun, on a hill with a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding nature lies Villa Nolissima. Motovun is full of cultural sights that you should definitely visit, such as the Church of St. Stjepana, the Municipal Palace, the preserved town walls and the Motovun bell tower and many others. The river Mirna flows through the valley and through the Motovun forest, which is known for its world-famous delicacy - truffles.
