The staff was great and they always had an English-speaking staff member to help us out! The breakfast with everyone's dog in a little bed next to their table was absolutely adorable.

朝食バイキングを頂きました内容は良かったと思いますが慌ただしい感じでしたお部屋は口コミにあった悪臭が心配でしたがそれ程感じずに済みました

お風呂が良かった

犬と泊まれる宿は初めて利用しました。ホテル内も犬を連れて移動でき、どこに行くのも一緒で安心でした。ホテル内も静かで清潔でした。ホテルの場所も便利でした。また利用したいです。

わんちゃん初めての宿泊にもおすすめです。

大変お気に入りのホテルで、２度目の宿泊です。周辺が緑に囲まれた静かな別荘地であるので、お散歩コースにも恵まれており飼い主と愛犬がのんびり幸せに過ごせます。ホテルの設備も素晴らしく、館内リードで歩かせることが出来るのが有り難いです。コロナの感染予防もしっかりとされており、食事や受付時に混雑にならないよう、スタッフによる(強制的に聞こえない)優しい声掛けで混雑無しで過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんの素晴らしい接客のおかげで、楽しい家族旅行になりました。

犬を連れて泊まれるホテルとしては至れりつくせりで最高です今回は星一つ少ない理由は部屋に入った瞬間の匂いがきつかったからです消臭剤の匂い？かなにかわからないですが前回の滞在では感じなかった強烈な匂いがしばらく消えなく、窓（ドア）を開けて空気の入れ替えをしましたホテルの方々は皆さん感じがよく歓迎してくださり感謝しています
