The pool size itself is 11m x 4.25m, plus a hydromassage area with a sitting area 3.5m x 1.2m, and additionally, there is a shallow part (0.4m deep) for your youngest (pool size in total is 51sqm). The spacious sun-deck area spreads on two levels, around the pool and a few steps below on the grassplot. There are 11 sundeck chairs, an outdoor shower, a fully equipped summer kitchen (40sqm) with an outdoor dining area with a ceiling fan, a traditional barbecue, a separated toilet, and a lounge corner next to the summer kitchen, and a swing for your youngest.

* The ground floor area offers a fully air-conditioned area that consists; of a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed amenities you need for a very comfortable stay (microwave oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle....), a kitchen island, and an exit to the second covered dining area with views of the pool and the sea (you are few steps above pool area). There is a dining table, a living room with a comfortable sofa, and glass doors toward the pool area. There is also a Bedroom No1(15sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower (5.5sqm), and views of nature. Next to it is a small gym area with Orbitrak, an Exercise bike, yoga mats, and weights. The living room and the gym have an exit to a terrace with sea and pool views.
