The flat is a modernly equipped and with access to the pool, located in a residential area of Labinci, 7 km from the sea and 10 km from Porec.

In just 2-3 minutes by car you can find many useful facilities in Labinci and Katelir, from grocery shops (only 100 m from the house) to typical restaurants, cafes, rural households and wine roads. The nearest pebble beach, sports and recreational facilities can be found in the tourist town of Lanterna, 9 km away.

The flat is located in a fenced garden of 1300 square metres, where guests have a 32 square metre swimming pool with sun loungers, a children's playground, a covered terrace with seating, table football, darts, stepper and another terrace with dining table and barbecue at their private disposal.
