Never question what you'll have for dinner each night away from home, with a number of local groceries you'll be able to utilize the well equipped kitchen featured in this townhouse. Be sure to put on sunscreen, the solitude of your private balcony may have you asleep in no time!




No more than two vehicles are permitted per residence. Boat dockage is not included. Slip space can be reserved directly through the HOA. We suggest Catamaran Boat Yard & Storage located less than a half-mile from Mariner's Club for trailer parking, lift/launch services, and additional or oversized vehicle parking. Additional costs apply.

Our stay was 8 days, with a family of 8. Home had more than enough room and was very comfortable and clean. Grounds were beautiful. Communication was a bit off expectation. I had asked a few questions before arriving that were never answered. We took several day trips and asked about beach towels, and chairs. Both were provided but not knowing this we checked a bag at the airport. Wish we would’ve known. Both towels and chairs were included. One of the hot tubs was broken, as was our main kitchen refrigerator. Host did refund a small portion of our rental. But the inconvenience was still an issue trying to cook for 8 ppl on one level and refrigerator/freezer on a different level. This also meant no ice for beverages and coolers used for day trips. I may have missed the details of listing that only included 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Emergency run to grocery store one morning. Over all would visit again and recommend. Pickle ball court was great for our group. Parking was easy! Had a great NYE in the clubhouse playing games.

Spring break 2025

Overall the property was nice. The property grounds and amenities are wonderful. Our property was not ready at 4:00 as advertised as check in time. Not a big deal though. We walked around the grounds while the cleaning crew finished up. The outdoor furniture is in poor condition. Only 2 chairs are available at the back table, others were broken. The upstairs sunset patio only had 1 chair available. The grill is an electric grill and didn’t work. The beds were not very comfortable. We loved the size of the unit. We have 7 family members and we all had plenty of room.

Family trip

Loved the space w this property. Perfect for 3 couples. Loved the big dining room table for family dinners. Fun having family pickleball tournament. Lush green complex very beautiful. Nice pools and hot tubs. Comfy beds. Condo condition shows a bit of wear and tear but did not affect our stay. Would stay again.

Size of property was great. Each bedroom had its own bath. Nice common area. The beds need replacing especially in the master. Some kitchen utensils and plates were not clean. We were there during the most expensive week of the year, not sure it was really worth it

The property is in a very nice gated community with a lot of amenities. That being said, it looked better online. Not as clean as I would have liked. The master bedroom's bathroom has a step up that we struggled to fall off of when getting up to use bathroom at night. We knew there were 3 levels but the stairs are difficult, seems shorter tread than usual. There was an off odor in the main level living and bedroom area. The outdoor are on main level is difficult because you have to go through that bedroom to get to it! Hard to do if the people sleeping there aren't early risers! Just not a great layout. Also, lights are wonky. The 2 bedside lamps didn't work in the master bedroom on 3rd floor. I would not stay here again.

Relaxing stay at a spacious property

My family stayed at this property for a couple nights during late March. This property is located in a very well-maintained, relaxing condo/townhome community. There are 2 large pools and 2 large hot tubs in the community for anyone to use, a game room (pool table, ping pong, foozball, etc in the clubhouse - great for the kids), tennis courts and more. The condo was nice and comfortable. The 3 levels (and fourth level rooftop patio) may be challenging for some people but was fine for my family. There are 2 kitchens but we only used the main one on the 2nd level. The main Kitchen was stocked with the basics. The host did leave a few snacks and keurig pods which is always nice when first arriving. Overall great stay, wish we had more time to spend down in the Keys!
