THE PROPERTY: From its people watching front porch to its private heated pool, this home will surround you in tranquility. On the right side of the home’s entrance is a comfortably furnished living room with plenty of natural light. A wet bar with cabinetry is nearby and outfitted with filtered and carbonated water taps, a beverage fridge and a Breville espresso machine. There is also a convenient first floor bedroom and bathroom as well as a laundry area with full size washer/dryer, cabinet storage and a folding counter. If you need to work or school from home, California Dreaming has a large office to the left of the entrance with two work stations.

Love to cook or re-heat take-out? It’s easy to do either in this breathtaking chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stunning cabinetry, and quartzite countertops. A window above the farmhouse sink provides a sunny view. The 6-burner Italian Bertazzoni slide-in range with griddle is a dream to use. It is flanked by wall sconces and adorned with a custom hood. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Abundant landscaping provides privacy around the saline, kidney-shaped pool. The pool is heated seasonally (November-April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. Lounge chairs, a propane grill and a bicycle shed are also provided.

PARKING: This home includes off-street parking for two small vehicles.

LOCATION: Within walking distance to the White Street Pier, this Old Town location provides easy access to the Southern end of Duval Street.
