Walk to Key West's most famous bars such as Irish Kevin's, Sloppy Joe's, Dante's Pool Bar and Fat Tuesdays, or catch the nightly Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square! Commodore’s Compound can accommodate up to 24 guests.



The Space:

This 2 level home offers a total of 8 bedrooms and 7 recently renovated bathrooms.



DOWNSTAIRS: The downstairs level offers 4 bedrooms with 4 en suite bathrooms. There are 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twins, as well as 2 queen pull-out sleepers sofas in the living room. Each bedroom boasts a large flat screen TV. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes it easy to enjoy home cooked meals during your stay.



UPSTAIRS: The second level has its own private entrance on the side of the building, but is also accessible through a connected hallway on the first level. The decor throughout the upstairs gives out an easy-going Key West vibe which you and your group will surely enjoy. The bedroom layout upstairs consists of 2 king beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twins as well as 2 queen pull-out sleeper sofas in the living room. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV.



The living room offers plenty of seating and even comes with 2 oversized bean bags. Just off the living room sits a large balcony - the perfect place to start off your day with a cup of coffee, or relax in the afternoon with a cool beverage.



EXTERIOR: Retreat out to the back patio, where there is a hot tub and seating sequestered under the trees.



Guest Access:

Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guest will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Placed perfectly in-between Downtown and the Historic seaport, enjoy attractions like Mallory Square at sunset, Brightwild Adventures for a day out at the sandbar, and the Shipwreck and Mel Fisher Maritime Museum for some Key West History.



1 short block from Duval Street, Commodore's is steps away from Key West's most famous bars, restaurants, coffee shops and attractions. Local’s favorite restaurants, such as First Flight, Bagatelle and Two Friend’s patio are less than a 5 minute walk from your front door. Got a sweet tooth? Keep an eye out for Kermit’s Key Lime Pie shop in the Historic Seaport known for the best Key Lime Pie in Key West, or pick up some homemade fudge and candy from River Street Sweets.



Forget something or need a quick fix? Check out Shorty’s Market who has your last minute necessities for your weekend getaway. Just 2 blocks away you can also find Fausto’s food market for locally sourced groceries.



Getting Around:

This unit comes with 1 designated parking spot. and is a brick paved parking spot located to the side of the the building off of Dey St.

If you need additional parking, there is a pay to park lot directly across Simonton St from the house.



There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!



Other Things to Note:

- There are two washer/dryers available for use: one is located under the stairs, while the other is located outside off of the back patio.

- This unit is pet friendly. Our requirements are as follows:

•40lb maximum per pet

•$15/night per pet

•2 pet maximum

Please let us know if you plan on bringing your pet.

- This unit can be rented individually as well. Commodore's Cove is on the first floor sleeping up to 12 guests and the Seaport Suite on the second floor, also sleeping up to 12 guests.
